As spring is in full swing, people are engaging in outdoor activities such as riding bicycles, camping, barbecuing, and hiking. A diverse range of equipment catering to such activities was featured at the sixth China International Import Expo held last November.

Luxury camping is diversifying with options like caravans-based camping and barbecues gaining popularity. Australian brands Regent and Snowy River showcased six of their latest caravans at the CIIE, attracting a significant number of visitors.

Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), which has participated in six consecutive CIIEs, presented a variety of outdoor gear at the consumer goods exhibition area of the sixth edition of the expo. The showcased items included tents, portable cookware, stoves, and camping furniture. Among them were SnowPeak's portable Ti-single anodized cups, Captain Stag's portable gas burner stoves, sierra cups, tents, and Nanga's sleeping bags.

With cycling gaining popularity, Maruishi, a Japanese bicycle brand, displayed a range of bicycles at the sixth CIIE. A highlight was the electric-assist mountain bike equipped with the specialized Vinka motor, promising riders a seamless and lightweight biking experience.

Sun protection is crucial for outdoor activities. Japanese chemical and cosmetics company Kao showcased its latest Biore sunscreen products at the CIIE. This new range offers both a hydrating feel and enhanced protection.

Sanitation remains a key concern for outdoor enthusiasts as well. Want Want Group's brand Water God was featured at the sixth CIIE as a recommended household cleaning brand and supporting enterprise. Its comprehensive range of products, from disinfectants and wet wipes to other sanitation and disinfection supplies, aims to provide consumers with a convenient and safe cleaning solution.
