China Oil & Gas Pipeline Network Corporation (“PIPECHINA”) was founded on December 9, 2019. It is a key state-owned enterprise under the supervision of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. Headquartered in Beijing, PIPECHINA has approximately 30,000 employees.

PIPECHINA is a limited liability company with diversified investment subjects. Engaged in the investment, construction and operation of oil and gas pipeline network together with gas storage and peak-shaving infrastructures, PIPECHINA mainly focuses on the interconnection of pipeline network with public pipelines, the operation and coordination of pipeline network, and the regular disclosure of pipeline capacity and storage capacity, securing fair access to pipeline infrastructure for all customers.
