(hereafter called Baiyin Nonferrous  Group) which has formed in 1954, registered in Baiyin City, Gansu Province and one of the first-five-year plan period of 156 key construction projects. And has reached number one position in 18 continuous years in annual output of copper and sulphur,output value, profit and tax in China, has once called one of the eldest son of China National Nonferrous Metals Industry, It made important contributions for the China National Nonferrous Metals Industry and local economic development. In 2008, Baiyin Nonferrous Group has introduced strategic investment of CITIC and carried out share-holding system reform. It has been listed in share A market on Feb.15th,2017, it is only one entirety listed share A of lorrged-scale stated-owned industry for nonferrous metals metallurgical industry in China at present. 

At present, the registered capital of the company is 7,405,000,000 Yuan. It consist of branch and subcompany of 42, it has owned 15 mines of  metals and nonmetal at home, with minning and ore dressing capacity of 10 million tons, 0.6 million tons of smelting of copper , lead and zinc, 15 tons of gold, 500 tons of silver. It has more than 40 sorts of products ,mainly include cathode copper ,lead ingot,zinc ingot, copper materials, lead materials , zinc materials ,precious metal products, wires and cables etc. Ibis brand zinc ingots and lead ingots are registered with the LME, and Ibis brand cathode copper and zinc ingots are registered with the Shanghai Futures Exchange.
