China Aviation Supplies Holding Company (hereinafter referred to as “CAS”) is a professional company specializing in the purchase of aircraft and supporting services for aviation supplies. It is a company under the management of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council ( SASAC). Its predecessor, China Aviation Supplies Company (CASC), was founded with the approval of the State Import and Export Regulatory Commission in October of 1980. It was the first incorporated company in the Chinese civil aviation industry. In March 1996, it was renamed China Aviation Supplies Imp. & Exp. Corporation. In October 2002, the air transportation companies and supporting companies underwent a merging and restructuring, and as a result, three airline groups and three supporting groups were established. China Aviation Supplies Import & Export Group Company, as one of the three supporting group companies, was officially established with the approval of the State Council. In December 2007, it was renamed China Aviation Supplies Holding Company (CAS).In 2017, CAS completed its reformation and established the Board Management System in accordance with the modern enterprise system, and then changed its Chinese name to a limited company.

CAS, as the largest and neutral comprehensive service provider for third-party aircraft procurement and aviation supplies support in China, has made its presence in business sectors of aircraft services, aviation supplies support, technical equipment and airport business support, general aviation development and support services, specifically including package purchase of aircraft, aviation leasing, industrial cooperation, aviation training, pooling of aviation supplies, aviation MRO and manufacturing, airport construction and operation, navigation technology service, general aviation operation, general aviation manufacturing, aviation emergency rescue and so on. After years of development, CAS has been enjoying a high reputation and a good brand image in the aviation industry, and as such, established long-term and close cooperation with Chinese airlines and internationally renowned aircraft manufacturers, engine manufacturers, and aviation equipment suppliers.
