The registered capital of the company is 640 million Yuan. It is headquartered in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, and has over 20 wholly-owned or majority-owned subsidiaries  around the world. The company is mainly engaged in the operation of domestic and international supply chains for mechanical and electrical equipment and bulk commodities. In 2022, the company has achieved over 100 billion income and a total import and export valve of 9.7 billion US dollars. It is the first batch of Supply Chain Innovation and Application Corporation in China.
