青岛经济技术开发区国际贸易集团成立于2019年12月4日，注册资本20000万元，是青岛西海岸新区响应中央、省市关于开发区体制机制改革创新而专门组建的区直属国有企业经控集团旗下的六大子集团之一，主要抢抓中国（山东）自由贸易试验区青岛片区建设重大机遇，通过市场化手段整合贸易上下游企业，为促进地方纳统纳税、外贸进出口创造条件。

Qingdao Economic and Technological Development Zone International Trade Group was established in Qingdao West Coast New Area on December 4, 2019, with registered capital of 200 million yuan. It is one of the six sub-groups of the district's state-owned enterprise JINGKONG GROUP, which was specially established by Qingdao West Coast New Area in response to the central, provincial and municipal reform and innovation of the system and mechanism of the development zone. 一． 业务模式

BUSINESS MODE

1.一般贸易进口

Import through general trade

从国外供应商采购商品，货物到港后报关入库，货物放在指定仓库，国内的需求方付款提货，整个流程中，把控货物的所有权，付款方式包括进口LC、DP托收、TT电汇等。

Goods are purchased from foreign suppliers, customs clearance and put into storage after arrival at the port, placed in the designated warehouse, paid and picked up by domestic client, and the ownership of goods is controlled by us in the whole process. Payment methods include Letter of credit, Document against payment, telegraphic transfer etc.

2.进料加工贸易

Trade of processing with imported materials

从国外供应商采购商品，货物到港后报关将货物存入保税仓库库，下游具有进料加工资质的工厂，在海关办理手册备案后，支付货款提货。

After purchasing goods from foreign suppliers, the goods will be stored in bonded warehouse after customs declaration at the port. The downstream factories with the qualification of incoming material processing will pay for the goods and take delivery of the goods after filing the manual with the customs.

3.保税现货贸易

Bonded spot trade

利用自贸区（保税区）政策，按照下游客户委托，代理客户采购指定保税库内现货，以美金或跨境人民币进行结算，有效降低交易中的税收成本。

Utilizing the policy of free trade zone (free trade zone), we purchase the spot goods in the designated bonded warehouse on behalf of the downstream customers according to the entrustment of the downstream customers, and settle the goods in USD or cross-border RMB, so as to effectively reduce the tax cost in the transaction.

4.转口贸易

  Transit trade

通过自贸区内公司或澳门离岸公司，开展货物转口贸易、跨境业务。实现外币离岸结算，承接山东自贸区青岛片区试点转口任务。

We carry out goods transit trade and cross-border business through companies registered in the free trade zone or Macao offshore companies, to realize the offshore settlement of foreign currency, and undertake the pilot transit task of Shandong Free Trade Zone Qingdao Area.

5.出口贸易

Export trade

按照国外客户订单从国内工厂采购相应货物，通过租船订舱、出口报关、退税、结汇等全流程操作控制业务风险，达到出口创汇的目的，不断的为新区的引进外资。

We purchase goods from domestic factories according to foreign customers’ orders, control business risks through the whole process of chartering ships, booking space, export declaration, tax refund, foreign exchange settlement, etc., so as to achieve the purpose of earning foreign exchange through export and continuously introduce foreign capital into our Qingdao West Coast New Area.

6.跨境电商

Cross-border E-commerce

提供跨境通关、政策普惠、运营培训、金融服务、信息化建设等全方位的数字化综合服务，整合电商资源，建成覆盖货物贸易和服务贸易的线上综合服务平台。
