China Anneng Construction Group Corporation Limited is a central state-owned enterprise, established from the overall transfer of the Armed Police Hydropower Troops in September, 2018 in accordance with the strategic deployment of the Party Central Committee's cross military and civilian reform, and mainly conducts construction of state key projects and engineering rescue missions of major national disasters. As a member unit of the State Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters, the group corporation is the natural disaster engineering emergency rescue center affiliated with the Ministry of Emergency Management, and the unit where the comprehensive platform of emergency rescue system of the central enterprises is located and the emergency rescue command center of SASAC is set up.
