China International Engineering Consulting Corporation (CIECC), a centrally affiliated enterprise under the management of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, is the largest comprehensive engineering consulting company in China and a major consulting service provider for the scientific decision-making for the investment and construction projects initiated by the central government.
