  2007, world's first flip chip COB LED displays are launched by Cedar. 2014, Cedar COB LED Displays win the first prize of Jilin Province Science and Technology Progress Award and 1.25mm COB LED Displays commercialize. 2019, 0.7mm flip chip COB LED Displays is shown at ISE2019. 2021,  0.4mm flip chip COB LED Display products win the Technology Innovation Award at ISLE.
