**Facilities and Infrastructure:**

- CCTEG is equipped with 143 provincial and ministerial-level research platforms.

- We house 3 national key laboratories, 4 national engineering research centers (or engineering labs), 1 national engineering technology research center, and 4 state-recognized enterprise technology centers.

- Our academic framework includes a post-doctoral research station in "Mining Engineering", 5 post-doctoral research workstations, 4 doctoral programs, and 12 master's degree programs.

- CCTEG has designed over 80% of China's coal mines and developed more than 80% of advanced coal mine technologies.

We pioneered the development and completion of the nation's first intelligent coal mining face, led the establishment of over half of the intelligent coal mines, and conceptualized a comprehensive suite of intelligent coal mining technologies and equipment. This encompasses transparent mining, smart extraction, automated roadheading, and intelligent transportation, driving the momentum for the construction of intelligent coal mines throughout the country.

CCTEG has meticulously crafted a comprehensive system focused on coal mine safety. This covers a gamut of areas from understanding disaster prevention mechanisms to monitoring and early warning, from hazard management to emergency rescue, and even to the prevention and treatment of occupational diseases and hazards. We've been at the forefront of groundbreaking research on rock overburden movement and control, as well as leading studies on the ecological restoration and comprehensive treatment of areas affected by coal mining subsidence. Our comprehensive strategies encompass managing mined-out regions, rehabilitating subsided lands, implementing agricultural and forestry restoration, addressing ecological and environmental challenges of open-pit coal mines, and innovatively reconstructing the ecology of mining areas. These initiatives have laid a solid foundation for land reclamation and ecological conservation across China's coal mining regions.

Our legacy includes an impressive tally of over 9,000 technological accomplishments. We've tackled major technological challenges intrinsic to the industry, spearheaded numerous technological revolutions in the coal sector, and have been instrumental in steering the high-quality evolution of China's coal industry.
