Description: The Tanzania National Pavilion is themed on “A Bridge of Friendship between China and Africa, a Symphony of Nature and Culture” with an aim to showcase Tanzanian natural scene, national culture and profound friendship with China. Its entrance is designed as a majestic arched door as a metaphor for openness, inclusiveness and cooperation between China and Africa. Inside the Pavilion, grand scenes of animal migration and wide prairie as well as the beautiful scenery of Zanibar are recreated to showcase Tanzania’s emphasis and efforts on ecological protection and its commitment to sustainable development philosophy worldwide. The Pavilion also showcases featured farm produce including coffee, cashew, wine, honey and tea leaves, as well as Tinga Tinga painting, wood carvings, sisal products and other handicrafts.
