State Committee on Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus, which implements State policy, regulates and manages in the fields of scientific, technical and innovative activities, as well as in the field of protection of rights to intellectual property objects and coordinates activities in these areas of other republican State administration bodies, and reports to Ministry of Education.
