The Drayton family established the winery in 1853 and are now into their 6th generation, with over 160 years in the wine industry. The winery is located close to Sydney, in the Hunter Valley. Drayton's and the Fong's family have joint ventured to establish Drayton Fong's Family Winery Pty Ltd, which specialises in researching and developing wine suited to the Asian palate.
