The company was founded around 1890 during the Edo period. We grow rice together with local farmers and make traditional, unique sake that brings out the flavor of the rice, producing Zuikan, which is rich in umami and has a deep flavor. We also work on producing sake rice in our own fields, and strive to produce safe and reliable sake rice using duck farming methods that do not use pesticides.
