We (Caii de la Letea brand) are world market lieder in Aligote, which is the second most planted white varietal in Burgundy, but our vinification technique is totally different than Burgundy. Aligote si a perfect wine for pairing. Caii de la Letea is transalted to “Horses of Letea”, which is the largest colony of wild horses in Europe.
