KOLIBA Dairy has been producing semi-hard and soft cheeses, traditional butter and dried milk products for over 30 years. The most important cheese products are Eidam and analogue cheeses, as well as Mozzarella. The second important part of our production is processing whey. We produce dried products such as whey protein concentrate or permeate (also available lactose free).
