Founded in 2007, Tomcare provides probiotics for water treatment in aquaculture. Acknowledging the benefits of probiotics, in 2016, Tomcare started developing its own chili sauce using fermentation technology. That research bore fruit in June of 2020 when ChiliCa Fresh Chili Sauce was born.
