JSC LOTTE Rakhat is one of the largest confectionery producers in Kazakhstan, with over 80 years of history. The company began production in 1942 and was reorganized into JSC Rakhat in 1992. In 2013, South Korea’s LOTTE Confectionery became the major shareholder, increasing its stake to 95.57% in 2019. In 2021, the company was renamed JSC LOTTE Rakhat.
