WOOL ART is headquartered in a village in the Zlatibor region of western Serbia. Due to the cold climate, animal husbandry and handicrafts are the main industries. Women in the region use traditional knitting techniques to make wool clothes for their families during traditional festivals. Sirogojno style wool products have represented Serbia's traditional handicraft culture for centuries.
