- Our high-quality organic shortening is produced entirely in our own Organic-certified plantations and factory, from cultivation to processing. To prevent quality deterioration, palm fruits are pressed within 8 hours of harvesting, and the oil is refined within 2 days of pressing.
-Produced without hydrogenation and contains virtually no trans fatty acids (less than 1%).
- No preservatives, non-GMO, and free from allergens.
