Base Ingredient: Extracted from grated mature coconut pulp (coconut kernel). The coconut milk used for UHT bulk products from CBS typically has a fat content of around 18 % (for coconut milk) or up to 24 % when labeled as coconut cream .
Purity & Additive-Free: CBS emphasizes purity, using only two ingredients—coconut milk and water, without any added preservatives, stabilizers, or sweeteners.
Processing Method: The product undergoes Ultra High Temperature (UHT) treatment (heating to approx. 140–145 °C for 8–15 seconds), providing commercial sterility while preserving sensory and nutritional quality.
