COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix 1 cup of KLFC Multipurpose Crispy Flour with 1 cup of water and mix well.

2. Add chicken or seafood pieces into batter and marinate for 30 minutes.

3. Coat again the chicken or seafood pieces with KLFC Multipurpose Crispy Flour.

4. Deep fry the chicken or seafood pieces in hot oil (180°C) until cooked golden brown.
