Customers may piggyback on SiAP ICCT infrastructure to jumpstart while SiAP helps to build their ICCT Systems. SiAP’s focus in this case is on building the content of substance and designing the systems, methods, and management concepts for the ICCT. SiAP Management Technologist and Data Analyst will leverage the data; the Customers can gain insight analytics in real-time. Project Management Material Evaluation & Procurement - This program is designed to augment Project Management; working in tandem is the Material Evaluation & Procurement. We provide a seamless platform and ecosystems for SME Mine Owners to go downstream and subsequently help them to IPO where appropriate. About SiAP.
SiAP is a fully functional Business Ecosystem; a “Functional Leadership” led driven business; each cluster is fully autonomous and untrammeled. However, all new investments are planned, guided, and endorsed by the Management Executive Committee reporting to a lean Special Executive Committee. “Leadership and Leaders” as in those taking the lead in each business cluster. There are ten (10) key business clusters; each operates as a “profit entity”. On one hand, each business cluster is totally independent of each other in developing, pricing, and marketing their service products on the other hand they are encouraged to give priority and support their peers’ business at agreed time and cost.

Mei Jia® Program (MJ): The Key Success Factor is in Mei Jia’s APPROACH methodology; shifting the old paradigm and creating a new one to help customers achieve their economic and social objectives. MJ is a comprehensive program in building the Universal Corporate Values & Identity (or UCVI in short), with special emphasis on ESG in a broader sense, and dwelling deeply in its formulae, implementation, management, and sustaining the returns of such investment.
SiAP’s Delivery – The Strategies Implementation
SiAP is designed to serve SMEs with a focus on the mining, minerals downstream, and commerce sectors. SiAP’s five defined groups of customers:
1) The Zenith Customers Group (ZCG): These customer groups are more ready; they have developed a certain growth culture necessary to gear them for the leap growth. This group is usually characterized by their readiness to invest for longer-term returns. Their ability to embrace and manage certain sophistication after the change is top notch.
2) The Creative Customers Group (CCG): These Customers are “Idea owners” who need complex structural help to turn their ideas into substance of reality. They are a pro-change agent who has the courage & determination to learn and are ready to embrace new technologies to realize business and social objectives.
3) The Gazelle Customers Group (GCG): This group of Customers has high top lines growth of at least 20% per annum for several years. They create lots of jobs but may not result in a corresponding bottom line and lack qualitative growth. They may get tired slow down and lose control of their enterprise due to the burdensome size and complexity of the growth generated. That is when some Gazelle businesses began to experience net loss. Their business still has high redeeming values and needs exigent help.
4) The Micro Business Group (MBG): This is a massive group with shooting stars amongst them. As part and parcel of the SiAP Corporate Community Commitment program; we have the provision made to render our TA (Technical Assistant) to the MBG via formal recommendation and/or referral basis. Such services rendered to the concerned MBG will be on a pro bono basis.
5) The Social Enterprise (SE) Group: SiAP Programs include the promotion of Social Entrepreneurship in every new project we undertake. The Social Enterprise project should not be mistaken as CSR and SE is never intended to replace CSR. SiAP believes a well-understood SE program will be well-supported. SE will effectively within a short period of time elevate poverty and create more new jobs relative to their strength. SE is a very meaningful and sustainable program; SiAP will lead and carry out such programs together with the SiAP Community.
In SiAP: the customer group type does not dictate the priority, but their urgency does. SiAP does not deliver our service products by pulling out from the shelf since no two businesses are alike even if they are from the same industry and operate in the same location. Instead, we assimilate into their environment and work with them to understand & identify their unique progressive needs.
SiAP is always respectful and sensitive to the Customers’ DNA, any recommendations and/or proposals to change will go through a prudent tedious step-by-step process to introduce, execute, and implement the well-defined strategies. IDAK’s Strategic Roles: IDAK (Institute of Development & Applied Knowledge) is a very crucial part of the “SiAP Nerve Centre”. The IDAK community is made makeup of SiAP’s Clients and Employees, the shared mission is driven by a shared purpose: to make a better world through the IDAK ETC (Education, Training & Culturing) program.
The training curriculums are designed to help SMEs and their employees to develop a deeper understanding of the evolution of the mining, downstream & Industry Users’ applications. IDAK also covers the macro context of the global economy to better prepare the SMEs to “internationalize” their business.
IDAK lectures and workshops are practical fact-based with ingenuity and full of drive. All training conducted in IDAK embraces the ETC principles. IDAK ETC designed programs are the proprietary products of KBW & Associates for the exclusive use of SiAP Federations. Up to 85% of IDAK courses are purpose and custom-designed for each Client. The training courses are facilitated by local Specialists, Practitioners as well as visiting Experts and Professors with multi-national experience specialized in their respective majors.
IDAK students can expect to benefit from a diverse team of professors, lecturers, facilitators, and trainers to help them elevate their knowledge, unlock their hidden talents, stimulate their creativity, and expand their innovation horizon to stand up to constant changes.
IDAK courses/workshops aim to help the customers to develop strategies suitable for their organization not borrowed strategy from another business. The MTRID (Management Technology, Research, Innovations, and Development) Nerve Centre housed the ICCT (Information Communication & Connectivity Technology) Hub working in a “synchronic fashion” whereas the MTRID works leaning toward the “diachronic approach”. The final products produced by these clusters are highly scalable and impactful.
The MTRID & ICCT project teams are led by SiAP Senior Members, supported by a group of senior fellows including Members from SiAP Chapters around EAPR. The teams draw upon their experience and engage intellectually into the core to understand the root of the problem and design solutions to resolve it.
The team also gets to draw on SiAP's multinational network of partners for their industry and management expertise and empirical work. KBW and MTRID Council also contribute articles to IDAK on a regular basis. The Council’s roles as well as the MTRID Communities will contribute to shaping the Group research agenda, leading high-impact research, and disseminating the findings to SiAP Stakeholders. Such fact-based information thus contributes to the client’s decision-making on their long-term investment, their critical management, and company policy issues.
