MADO brand takes its name from the City of K.Maraş where it is home to Ahirdagi in which it is very rich in fauna & flora to produce orchid flower which is one of the key ingredient ( sahlep) of our ice-cream, and provide natural grazing environment for Goats to feed on. That’s why the goat milk in this region is very nutritious producing high quality goat milk. Both Goat milk & orchid flower are the main ingredients to produce this unique MADO ice-cream by implementing traditional methods extending to five-generations of family knowhow since 1850’s… MADO ice-cream comes in many flavors. Goat milk is used in all MADO ice-creams, together with natural fruits picked seasonally giving natural fruity tastes without any additives. All of our Mado ice-creams are organic, and very healthy to be consumed not only by adults, but especially by children of all ages.
