Flourish Ginjo aroma first occupies nose, then gentle and smooth taste spreads in mouth, afterwards filled by subtle flavor. This sake is made from locally grown "Yamada Nishiki" polished to 35%, which is slowly converted to superior sake in strictly managed low temperature fermentation by the expertises accumulated in 280 years tradition.
