Format: 750 ml Barcode: 8437011970824 Serving temperature: 16-18 C ONE FAMILY, UNITED BY WINE Linaje Garsea is a Spanish family winery run by seven siblings. Our philosophy is based on respect for the land, artisan craftsmanship and the personal care of every vineyard. Throughout the year, we tend the vines by hand and follow their natural development. Harvesting is carried out entirely by hand. The bunches are selected directly in the vineyard and transported in small crates to protect the grapes until they reach the winery. ARTISAN WINEMAKING Linaje Garsea Roble 2025 is made from Tempranillo, locally known as Tinta del País. The grapes come from Pago de la Terrañuela, an alluvial vineyard with natural drainage and vines between 10 and 15 years old. After harvest, the grape boxes are chilled at 3 C for four days to preserve freshness. The fruit is selected before and after destemming, then vinified plot by plot. A four-to-five-day pre-fermentation maceration, traditional pump-overs and manual punch-downs provide colour and aroma. Only free-run juice is used. Following natural malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for five months in American, Spanish and French oak. It is bottled without filtration and may develop a natural sediment. TASTING AND FOOD PAIRING Deep, clean and bright purple-red. Fresh aromas of ripe black and red fruit are joined by mineral notes, spice, cinnamon, vanilla, cocoa and a touch of caramel. The palate is dry yet fruit-driven and enveloping, with blackberry, black plum and blackcurrant, soft tannins, refreshing acidity and a subtle oak character. The finish is long and inviting. Ideal with grilled beef, roasts, vegetable stews, pickled dishes, tripe, meat rice dishes and Iberian cured meats. Avoid very spicy or sweet foods. WINERY INTERNATIONAL RECOGNITION - SELECTED VINTAGES Linaje Garsea Reserva 2011: Gold - San Francisco International Wine Competition 2016; Silver - Sommelier Wine Awards 2016; Gold - Sakura Awards Japan 2017. Linaje Garsea Reserva 2017: Gold and 90 points - USA Wine Ratings 2025. Señorío de Caleruega 2010: 97 points and Platinum - Decanter Asia Wine Awards 2019; Bronze - Sommelier Wine Awards 2020. SEVEN SIBLINGS, ONE FAMILY, ONE PASSION FOR WINE.
