B100 Organic Additive for Diesel Engines (FAME Methyl Ester) General Description: BioGreen’s B100 Organic Additive is a Fatty Acid Methyl Ester (FAME) formulated and purified through the recycling and industrial upcycling of Used Cooking Oil (UCO). Developed under the principles of the circular economy, this product functions as an oxygenated additive and 100% renewable combustion conditioner for diesel engines. Mechanism of Action and Technical Benefits: Combustion Optimization: By introducing molecular oxygen within the ester structure, it improves thermodynamic combustion efficiency in the engine chamber, drastically reducing emissions of particulate matter (soot), carbon monoxide (CO), and unburned hydrocarbons. High Lubricity: Compensates for the lack of lubricity in low-sulfur or Ultra-Low Sulfur Diesel (ULSD) fuels, protecting fuel injection pumps and injectors against premature wear. Detergent Properties: Acts as a natural cleaning agent within the fuel supply system, removing gum and varnish deposits from lines and injectors. Sustainability: Significantly reduces the industrial carbon footprint by displacing fossil fuels and closing the pollution cycle of waste oils in water resources.
