COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat the cooking oil until a moderate heat.
2. Add one packet of KLFC Anchovy Fritter Flour (200g) and add in 200g of water. Mix well until no lumps.
3. When the oil is hot, use a round shape spoon to shape anchovy fritters and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Flip the anchovy fritters occasionally during frying.
4. Remove anchovy fritters from the oil and drain off the excess oil. Best served when hot.

Contains Leavening Agents (Sodium Bicarbonate and Sodium Aluminium Phosphate) and Thickening Agents as Permitted Food Conditioners.
