Stenochlaena Palustris is a wild fern grown in the rich soils of Borneo and eaten as a popular vegetable dish. Traditionally used for medicinal and dietary purposes by the indigenous tribes of Sarawak, Borneo. Vast scientific research has shown it contains various bioactive compounds highly functional for health and containing high PHENOLIC, FLAVONOIDS, POTASSIUM, VITAMIN C, CALCIUM, IRON,etc. Scientific studies have also found it has functional properties to help in the health well-being especially in areas of concerns as:
