COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat the cooking oil until a moderate heat.
2. Add one packet of Shrimp Fritter Flour (200g) and add in 200g of water. Mix well until no lumps.
3. When the oil is hot, use a round shape spoon to shape shrimp fritters and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Flip the shrimp fritters occasionally during frying.
4. Remove shrimp fritters from the oil and drain off the excess oil. Best served when hot.

- Wheat Flour, Rice Flour, Sugar, Salt, Fried Onion, Shrimp Powder, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Mixed Spice and Dried Onion. Contains Monosodium Glutamate, Disodium 5’-Inosinate and Disodium 5’-Guanylate as Permitted Flavour Enhancers. Contains Leavening Agents (Sodium Bicarbonate and Sodium Aluminium Phosphate) and Thickening Agents as Permitted Food Conditioners.
