Sustainably hand selected by divers in the wild cold clean waters of the southern ocean, South Australia. Sizes range 140 grams to larger than 450 grams per each meat, some over 850 grams!
Naturally high in nutrients such as Vitamin E, Iodine and Magnesium our greenlip has an intense full flavour, mild umami with a lingering sweetness. A versitile protein perfect for sashimi, soups, braising, poaching, stir frying, grilling or roasting.
