The five-axis CNC cutting machine is controlled by a CNC system, and the flexible fixture system is controlled by either a CNC or PC. The flexible fixture system is used in conjunction with the five-axis CNC gantry machine, with hardware and software compatibility and data communication. The equipment is equipped with a closed protective device, including worker entry and exit doors, part loading and unloading doors, safety doors, and viewing windows for easy part loading and unloading. It is used for three-dimensional CNC machining of aluminum alloy aircraft skin parts (thin plates).
