Okukuma - 7-year Sherry Cask Aged
40% ABV/500mL
Made from authentic Japanese honkaku shochu and matured for seven years in sherry casks. Okukuma develops a rich concentration of cask-derived aromas and flovers. It delivers a pleasantly spicy opening, followed by a bold, lively character with notes of caramel and stone fruit.
The spirit has a beautiful amber color. To comply with Japan's color regulations for shochu, dietary fiber is added before bottling, and the product is officially classified and sold as a liqueur.
Best enjoyed neat or slowly over a large ice cube.It is equally recommended as a distinctive base for cocktails. Ideal as an after-dinner drink, for business dinners, curated events, or quiet moments of relax sipping.
