Mezcal Agua Santa, Destilado con Pechuga (Distilled with Turkey Breast) is a rare and ceremonial type of mezcal, traditionally produced in Oaxaca. "Pechuga" means "Breast" in Spanish, referring to the unique addition of a raw Turkey Breast during the third distillation of the mezcal. It is considered one of the most artisanal and revered expressions of agave spirits.


Agave Selection: Made from Agave Angustifolia, Espadin


First & Second Distillations: The agave is roasted, fermented and double-distilled in copper, as with traditional mezcal


Third Distillation with Pechuga: 

- A raw, skinless Turkey breast hung inside the still

- A mixture of seasonal fruits ( such as apples, plantain, guava), nuts, spices (like cinnamon or clove)

- As the mezcal is heated and vaporized, the steam passes through the suspended meat and fruit, absorbing subtle sweet, and nutty notes along with added complexity.


Alcohol Content: 46% ABV

Tasting Notes:

- Aroma: Smoked agave, roasted fruti, nuts, soft spice

- Palate: Balanced and silky, with layers of smoke, spice, tropical fruit, and a savory nutty finish
