Sustainably hand selected by divers in the wild cold clean waters of the southern ocean, South Australia. Sizes range 110 grams to 375 grams and larger per each meat.
Naturally high in nutrients such as Vitamin E, Iodine and Magnesium, our blacklip has a mild to strong umami flavour and subtle sweetness of clean ocean, perfect for sashimi, braised, poached, stir fried, grilled or roasted.
