Chabiant White Dry Wine is a dry white wine produced by Ismayilli Sharab-2 OJSC in the Ismayilli region of Azerbaijan. The wine is made from a blend of white grape varieties, including Rkatsiteli and the indigenous Azerbaijani variety Bayan Shira, grown in the company's own vineyards. The grapes are hand-picked from early to late September. The juice is gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 13–17°C for 20 days. The wine is then aged in stainless steel tanks for four months. It has a light-yellow colour, white floral and citrus aromas, and a balanced taste featuring white fruit notes and refreshing acidity. Recommended serving temperature: 12–14°C. Country of Origin: Azerbaijan.
