In conjunction with validated joint prostheses and surgical tools, KUNWU® can be utilized to facilitate navigation and precise positioning of said prostheses and tools during surgical procedures involving Total Knee Arthroplasty (TKA), Total Hip Arthroplasty (THA) and Unicompartmental Knee Arthroplasty (UKA).

锟铻®全骨科手术机器人是由骨圣元化自主研发的关节置换手术导航定位系统,是国内首个通过NMPA创新医疗器械(绿色通道)特别审查程序的髋、膝、单髁三位一体、可进行多适应症的全关节骨科手术机器人。


锟铻®全骨科手术机器人主要由机械臂系统、导航仪系统、主控台系统组成,帮助医生实现了“手眼脑”的协同,提升了骨科手术的智能化、数字化、信息化。


锟铻®拥有自研深度学习软件系统,可在手术之前快速建模,制定个性化手术方案;并且配备安全边界技术实时保驾护航,确保术中安全。除了具有极佳的稳定度以及准确度、精确性之外,机器人辅助手术中实时的反馈系统也确保了手术的安全性,减少了医生主观误差,展现了其精准操作的优势,为患者带来了更优的医疗体验。


在辅助全膝关节置换术中,术中可以准确评估骨面软骨厚度,并兼具测量截骨法和间隙平衡法,使手术方案更准确,术中截骨更加灵活;其次在截骨过程中无需截骨导板,一套刀具完成六面截骨,仅需要一次标定,即可实现亚豪米级精准截骨。


在辅助全髋关节置换术中,可适用于后外侧入路、直接前侧入路等多种体位手术,实现精准定位磨骨、置杯位置及角度,减少术后并发症,并搭配着磨骨分色显示及安全边界,在手术过程中实时保驾护航。


KUNWU® Robotic Surgical System is an independently developed robotic orthopaedic surgical system by Yuanhua Orthopaedic Robotics co., ltd. Granted with the "Green Path" special approval process from National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) for Innovative Medical Devices, it integrates Total Knee Arthroplasty (TKA) , Total Hip Arthroplasty (THA) and Unicompartmental Knee Arthroplasty (UKA), and successfully obtained regulatory clearance for commercialization.


KUNWU® consists of a robotic arm system, a high-performance navigation system, and an AI-driven control system, which facilitate the synergy of "hand-eye-brain" coordination for surgeons, increasing the level of surgical intelligence, digitization, and information integration.


KUNWU®'s independently developed deep-learning software enables quick modeling and the construction of a customized surgical plan at the pre-operative stage. At the same time, it has safety boundary technology installed to guarantee surgical precision. The real-time feedback system also helps to improve intra-operative safety and minimizes subjectivity, showcasing the benefits of precise operation while also improving patient experience.


In total knee arthroplasty assisted by KUNWU®, the cartilage thickness of the bone surface can be accurately assessed during the operation. Both the measured resection and the gap balance techniques can be used, making the surgical plan more accurate and the intra-operative osteotomy more flexible. Secondly, no osteotomy guides are needed during osteotomy, and one set of tools can complete the osteotomy of the bone in six surfaces, which can be accurately osteotomised to the sub-millimeter level with only one calibration.


In KUNWU® assisted total hip arthroplasty, the robotic surgical system can be applied to posterior-lateral approach, direct anterior approach and other positions to achieve precise positioning of bone grinding, cup placement position and angle, reduce post-operative complications. The different bone reaming colours and safety boundary indications can also provide real-time protection during the surgical procedure.
