This sake based plum wine is characterized by refreshing plum aroma and sour accompanying with gentle flavor, which is naturally made from KIKUBIJIN sake, locally grown UME and crystal sugar. If some precipitate is present on the bottom, shake well to enjoy the essence of UME flavor.
Good to drink cold UMESHU straight, on the rocks, or diluted with soda-water.
