Land Investment Project-The Mentougou District Yongding Town MC00-0605-0116, 0117, 0119 plots are designated for F3(Other Multi-functional Land Use), and MC00-0605-0125, 0127, 0128 plots are designated for B4 (Comprehensive Commercial and Financial Service).It covers an area of 10.63 hectares with a total construction area of 325,900 square meters, and the project is owned by the Beijing Land Reserve Center and the Mentougou District Natural Resources Center. Enterprises participating in the bid must have real estate development qualifications, and they can bid independently or jointly. If bidding jointly, all parties of the consortium must simultaneously have real estate development qualifications. Member companies of the same group may not register to bid for the same plot of land at the same time; for joint bids, member companies of the same group may only form one consortium to participate in the bidding for the same plot of land.
