CIIE conducts second-round interviews for long-term volunteers Release date:2018-06-08

The China International Import Expo has interviewed 110 shortlisted candidates who applied to be long-term volunteer and will pick 30 successful applicants this month.

The CIIE has interviewed a total 1,834 applicants from agencies and universities, and screened out unsuitable candidates. In order to better understand interviewees, the latest round, which took place on May 25 and May 26, included written and psychological tests and group interviews.

Candidates who pass the latest round will be put through four days of training before enrolling into CIIE working groups. After a month of probation, they will become official long-term volunteers for the expo.

The CIIE will also create a talent pool of strong candidates who were not selected this time around, allowing it to quickly fill vacancies in future.
