1. 入场证件领取时间：2019年11月3日下午13:00-18:00, 2019年11月4日-7日上午9:00-下午17:00

2. 入场证件领取地点：千禧海鸥大酒店 (上海长宁区延安西路2588号) 。您可乘坐上海地铁10号线至水城路站2号出口，前往该酒店领取您的入场证件。

注：第二届中国国际进口博览会不接受现场报名，证件领取地点无现场制证。

领取条件：

    a.领取人必须本身有证件领取资格（领取人本人为通过人员审核的非交易团境外专业观众）。

    b.同一家单位（同一个单位编号）名下多个证件，可以由一个领取人领取。

    c.领取人须出示：领取人本人的身份证件正本及复印件（含身份证，回乡证，台胞证，护照等，以预登记为准），所有被代领人的身份证件复印件（以预登记为准）。

    d.领取入场证件时，请提供单位编号，可提高领取速度。

证件使用及参观日期：

境外专业观众可凭入场证件安检后进入国家会展中心（上海）参观。

场馆地址：上海市崧泽大道333号，可参观日期为2019年11月6日-10日，9：00—18：00。 

证件使用条件：

请随身携带身份证件备查。证件不得转借，转卖，提供给他人使用，一经发现可能带来严重后果。

The issue of overseas professional visitors obtaining their entry pass and participating in the CIIE 2019

1. The dates and hours for approved overseas professional visitors to claim CIIE 2019 entry pass: 13:00—18:00, Nov 3,2019.  9:00—17:00, Nov 4-7, 2019. 

2. The venue for approved overseas professional visitors to claim CIIE 2019 entry pass: The Grand Millennium Shanghai Hongqiao Hotel (No. 2588 West Yan'an Road, Changning District, Shanghai). You can take Shanghai Metro Line 10 to Shuicheng Road Station and exit at No.2 Exit, then walk to the hotel.

TIPS: CIIE 2019 does not take on-site registration or on-site entry pass processing.

How to claim your entry pass:

    a.Only approved pre-registered visitors can claim the entry pass. Those who are not approved pre-registered visitors, cannot be entrusted to claim entry pass.

    b.If one company have multiple approved visitors, one visitor can claim entry pass for other visitors registered under the same company (with same unit code).

    c.Please show these documents when claiming the entry pass: original & photo copy of claimer’s identification paper (including ID card, passport, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Residents, as per registered in the application system). If claiming for other visitors under the same company, photo copy of other visitors identification paper must be provided.

    d.It would speed up claiming process if you show the unit code to on-site staff.

With the entry pass, you can visit CIIE 2019. The visiting dates and hours：9:00—18:00, Nov 6-10, 2019.

Please carry your identification paper (including ID card, Passport, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Residents) with you when visiting CIIE 2019. The entry pass should not be borrowed, leased, rented to others. Violation of entry pass regulations might result in severe consquence.
