今天，我们在这里欢聚一堂，共同庆祝中华人民共和国成立77周年暨中国共产党成立105周年。首先，我谨代表中国驻慕尼黑总领馆，对各位的到来表示热烈欢迎！我还要向拨冗出席的各位领团同事表示欢迎，向各位同行的专业精神和我们间的良好协作表示赞赏。明天正值中国的中秋佳节，在这里提前祝各位侨胞中秋快乐，阖家幸福！

Ladies and gentlemen, dear friends:

Good afternoon! 

Today, we gather here with happiness and joy to celebrate the 77th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China and the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. First, allow me, on behalf of the Chinese Consulate General in Munich, to extend warmest welcome to you all! I’d also like to welcome my colleagues from the Consular Corps who have taken the time to attend, and to express my appreciation for your professionalism and the excellent cooperation we share. Tomorrow marks the traditional Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival. I would like to take this opportunity to wish all fellow compatriots and your families a very happy Mid-Autumn Festival!

2025年“十四五”圆满收官，2026年我们迎来“十五五”良好开局。过去的一年，在以习近平同志为核心的党中央坚强领导下，中国人民意气风发，破浪向前，在中国式现代化和中华民族伟大复兴的道路上阔步前进。

With China’s "14th Five-Year Plan" having successfully concluded in 2025, 2026 marks a promising start to the country’s "15th Five-Year Plan." Over the past year, under the strong leadership of the CPC Central Committee with General Secretary Xi Jinping at its core, the Chinese people have forged ahead with high spirits and determination, striding confidently along the path of Chinese-style modernization and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

今年，我们迎来了中国共产党成立105周年。回顾105年辉煌历史，展望本世纪中叶全面建成社会主义现代化强国、实现第二个百年奋斗目标的伟大征程，中国各族人民在中国共产党的领导下，正以时不我待的历史使命感，奋进新征程、建功新时代，奋力创造新的历史辉煌！

This year marks the 105th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of China. Looking back at 105 years of glorious history and ahead to the grand journey toward building a great modern socialist country in all respects and achieving the Second Centenary Goal by the middle of this century, the Chinese people of all ethnic groups—led by the Communist Party—are pressing forward on this new journey with a profound sense of historical mission, striving to make new achievements in this new era and create new historical glories!

今年3月，十四届全国人大四次会议通过了关于中华人民共和国国民经济和社会发展第十五个五年规划纲要的决议。“十五五”规划为中国人民指明了2026年至2030年的五年奋斗目标，擘画出中国基本实现社会主义现代化关键时期的国家战略蓝图。

In March of this year, the Fourth Session of the 14th National People's Congress adopted the resolution on the Outline of the 15th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of the People’s Republic of China (2026–2030). The "15th Five-Year Plan" sets out the goals for the Chinese people to strive for during the 2026–2030 period and outlines the national strategic blueprint for a critical phase in the country's journey toward basically achieving socialist modernization.

2025年，中国国内生产总值（GDP）达140.1879万亿元，首次跃上140万亿元新台阶，按不变价格计算比上年增长5.0%，圆满实现了全年预期目标。居民人均可支配收入实际增长5.0%，与GDP增长持平。经济发展向新向优，新质生产力稳步发展，规模以上高技术制造业增加值占规模以上工业增加值比重升至17.1%，研发经费投入强度达2.8%。

In 2025, China's gross domestic product (GDP) reached ¥140.1879 trillion, crossing the 140-trillion-yuan mark for the first time; calculated at constant prices, this represented a 5.0% increase over the previous year, successfully meeting the annual target. Per capita disposable income of residents grew by 5.0% in real terms, matching the rate of GDP growth. Economic development shifted toward new drivers and higher quality, with steady growth in new quality productive forces; the value-added of high-tech manufacturing enterprises above designated size rose to 17.1% of the total value-added of industrial enterprises above designated size, and R&D expenditure intensity reached 2.8%.

今年1—7月份，全国规模以上工业企业实现利润总额45821亿元，同比增长17.6%，规模以上服务业企业营业收入同比增长5.7%。1－8月，货物贸易进出口总额347753亿元，同比增长17.6%。同时，中国绿色低碳转型步伐加快，今年上半年，全国煤电发电量占比首次低于50%，可再生能源发电量占全部发电量的41.2%。截至7月底，全国光伏发电装机容量达到‌12.86亿千瓦‌，历史性超越煤电，成为中国第一大电源，中国已建成全球最大清洁发电体系，在保障经济高质量发展的同时，为应对全球气候变化主动作出中国贡献。

From January to July of this year, industrial enterprises above designated size nationwide realized total profits of 4.5821 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 17.6%, while the operating revenue of service enterprises above designated size grew by 5.7% year-on-year. During the January–August period, the total volume of the country’s imports and exports in goods trade reached 34.7753 trillion yuan, up 17.6% year-on-year. Meanwhile, China has accelerated its green and low-carbon transition; in the first half of the year, the share of coal-fired power generation fell below 50% for the first time, while renewable energy accounted for 41.2% of total power generation. By the end of July, the country's installed capacity for photovoltaic power generation had reached 1.286 billion kilowatts—historically surpassing coal power to become China's largest power source. China has established the world's largest clean power generation system, thereby contributing proactively to addressing global climate change while ensuring high-quality economic development.

今年3月，《中华人民共和国民族团结进步促进法》由十四届全国人大四次会议通过，并于7月1日开始实施，为铸牢中华民族共同体意识、推进民族事务治理体系和治理能力现代化、维护中国各族人民的大团结和共同进步提供了有力法治保障。

In March of this year, the Law of the People's Republic of China on Promoting Ethnic Unity and Progress was adopted at the Fourth Session of the 14th National People's Congress and came into effect on July 1. This law provides a robust legal guarantee for forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation, modernizing the governance system and capacity for ethnic affairs and upholding the great unity and common progress of all ethnic groups in China.

各位来宾，各位侨胞，各位朋友，

当今世界百年变局加速演进，霸权主义、单边主义、保护主义逆流而动，但和平、发展、合作、共赢的时代潮流不可阻挡，世界人民对和平、发展、公平、正义、民主、自由的全人类共同价值的追求从未停歇。中国作为负责任的大国，不断向世界贡献中国智慧和大国担当。

Distinguished guests, fellow compatriots, dear friends,

Profound changes unseen in a century are unfolding rapidly across the globe. While counter-currents of hegemonism, unilateralism and protectionism are at play, the prevailing trend of peace, development, cooperation and mutual benefit remains unstoppable. The people of the world have never ceased their pursuit of the shared human values of peace, development, equity, justice, democracy, and freedom. As a responsible major country, China consistently contributes its wisdom and demonstrates its sense of responsibility to the world.

不久前，习近平主席提出的全球发展倡议、全球安全倡议、全球文明倡议、全球治理倡议这四大全球倡议首次写入联合国人权理事会报告。今年9月，习近平主席先后赴比什凯克和新德里出席上海合作组织和金砖国家峰会，提出多项建设性倡议，倡导平等有序的世界多极化，推动实现更加公正合理的全球治理，携手推动构建人类命运共同体。

Recently, the four major global initiatives proposed by President Xi Jinping—the Global Development Initiative, the Global Security Initiative, the Global Civilization Initiative and the Global Governance Initiative—have been incorporated into the UN Human Rights Council Report for the first time. This September, President Xi Jinping attended the summits of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and BRICS in Bishkek and New Delhi respectively. There, he delivered important speeches and put forward a series of constructive proposals, advocating for an equal and orderly multipolar world, fairer and more equitable global governance and working together to build a community with a shared future for mankind.

中国以实际行动践行真正的多边主义，积极向世界提供国际公共产品，为国际社会共同应对动荡与挑战发挥稳定器作用，推动全球合作共赢，增进人类共同福祉。

China puts true multilateralism into practice through concrete actions. It actively provides international public goods, acts as a stabilizing force helping the international community jointly address the turbulence and challenges, promotes mutually beneficial global cooperation and advances the shared well-being of humanity.

今年7月16日，世界人工智能合作组织在上海成立，为促进人工智能国际合作和全球治理，确保人工智能朝着有益、安全、公平方向健康有序发展提供了重要平台。在不久前举办的北京香山论坛上，来自100余个国家、地区和国际组织的约2000名嘉宾就国际热点议题深入交流，以沟通化解分歧，以对话促进合作。9月中旬，服贸会、投洽会分别在北京、厦门举行，一北一南向世界展开中国的合作清单。 11月上旬，新一届进博会将如期在上海举办，继续向世界敞开中国市场的大门。11月18至19日，APEC峰会将在中国深圳举行，中国的主场大国外交将再次成为世界瞩目的焦点。

On July 16 of this year, the World Artificial Intelligence Cooperation Organization (WAICO) was established in Shanghai, providing an important platform to foster international cooperation and global governance in AI fields, and to ensure the technology’s healthy and orderly development in a beneficial, safe, and equitable direction. At the recently held Beijing Xiangshan Forum, approximately 2,000 guests from over 100 countries, regions, and international organizations engaged in in-depth exchanges on pressing international issues, using communication to iron out differences, and dialogue to foster cooperation. In mid-September, the China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS) and the China International Fair for Investment and Trade (CIFIT) were held in Beijing in the north and Xiamen in the south of China respectively, showcasing China’s cooperation list to the rest of the world. In early November, the annual edition of the China International Import Expo (CIIE) will take place in Shanghai, continuing to open China’s market to the world. On November 18–19, the APEC summit will be held in Shenzhen, China, once again placing China’s major-country host diplomacy in the global spotlight.

就在昨天，习近平主席抵达华盛顿，开始对美国进行国事访问。习近平主席指出，中美双方应该相向而行，推动形成合作为主、竞争有度、分歧可控、和平可期的稳定关系，走出一条新时代中美两个大国正确相处之道。中美两国元首在半年内实现互访，推动 2026 年成为中美关系继往开来的历史性、标志性年份。中美两国关系健康发展，符合两国根本利益，也是中美人民、世界人民的共同愿望。在元首外交引领下，中美关系这条大船一定会平稳前行，走出一条新时代大国正确相处之道。

Just yesterday, President Xi Jinping arrived in Washington and began his state visit to the United States. President Xi Jinping pointed out that China and the United States, as two major countries, can find a right way to get along in the new era and should work in the same direction, promote a stable relationship featuring cooperation as the mainstay, moderate competition, manageable differences, and promises of peace.The exchange of visits between the two heads of state within six months is of historic and milestone significance, providing both sides with a crucial opportunity to make 2026 a historic year that opens a new chapter in China-U.S. relations. The healthy development of China-U.S. relations serves the fundamental interests of both countries and reflects the shared aspirations of the Chinese and American peoples, as well as all the people around the world. Guided by head-of-state diplomacy, the great ship of China-U.S. relations will surely sail steadily forward, charting a right way for the two major countries to get along in the new era.

作为推动多极化的两大力量、支持全球化的两大市场、倡导多样性的两大文明，中国与欧洲是伙伴而不是对手，没有根本利害冲突和地缘政治矛盾，合作大于竞争、共识多于分歧。

As two major forces promoting multi-polarization, two major markets supporting globalization and two major civilizations advocating diversity, China and Europe are partners rather than rivals. There are no fundamental conflicts of interest or geopolitical contradictions between us; cooperation outweighs competition, and common grounds outnumber differences.

今年2月，默茨总理对中国进行了首次正式访问，这也是中方在中国农历春节之后接待的首位访华外国领导人。访问期间，德方重申坚持一个中国政策。两国领导人积极评价中德全方位战略伙伴关系框架下的良好合作，一致认为相互尊重、互利共赢、继续开放对话、合作应对共同挑战是发展中德关系的根本原则。

In February, Chancellor Merz paid his first official visit to China, becoming the first foreign leader hosted by China following the Chinese New Year holiday. During the visit, the German side has reaffirmed that it firmly upholds the one-China policy. The leaders of both countries spoke highly of the sound cooperation within the framework of the China-Germany all-round strategic partnership and agreed that mutual respect, mutual benefit, continued open dialogue, and cooperative responses to shared challenges constitute the fundamental principles for developing the bilateral relationship.‌‌

巴伐利亚州在中德地方交往与合作中发挥着先驱者和领军者的独特作用。今年，我和我的同事到访了巴州老州长施特劳斯长眠的罗特镇，向这位中巴州、中德友好的先行者致敬。50多年来，中巴州友谊代代相传，历久弥坚。

Bavaria plays a unique role as a pioneer and leading force in sub-national relations between China and Germany. Earlier this year, my colleagues and I visited the town of Roth—the final resting place of the late Bavarian Minister-President Franz Josef Strauss—to pay tribute to this trailblazer of friendship between Bavaria and China, and between Germany and China. For over half a century, the friendship between China and Bavaria has been passed down through generations and has grown ever stronger.

经贸合作亮点纷呈。截至2025年，中国已连续10年蝉联巴州在全球第一大贸易伙伴。2025年巴州对华贸易份额居全德各联邦州首位。今年以来，双方企业在贸易、投资、研发等领域合作持续深化，取得了一系列丰硕成果。

Economic and trade cooperation between our two sides has yielded impressive results. By 2025, China had held the position of Bavaria’s largest global trading partner for ten consecutive years. In 2025, Bavaria ranked first among all German federal states in terms of trade volume with China. Throughout the year, cooperation between enterprises from both sides in areas such as trade, investment and R&D has continued to deepen, leading to a series of fruitful outcomes. 

双方地方交流及人文合作再上新台阶。深圳与纽伦堡、青岛与雷根斯堡、佛山与因戈尔施塔特、济南与奥格斯堡、南京市雨花台区与迪特福特等友城互动不断，人文交流精彩纷呈。巴州记者团首次访华，参访北京、广东、四川等三个省市。

Sub-national cooperation and people-to-people exchanges between the two sides have reached a new level. Interactions between sister cities—such as those between Shenzhen and Nuremberg, Qingdao and Regensburg, Fuoshan and ‌Ingolstadt, Jinan and ‌Augsburg‌ and between the Yuhuatai District of Nanjing and the town of Dietfurt—have remained frequent, featuring a rich array of cultural exchanges. A Bavarian press delegation visited China for the first time, touring Beijing, Guangdong, and Sichuan.

我代表中国驻慕尼黑总领馆，感谢巴州各界和广大侨胞对中巴州、中德友好事业的热心关注和积极贡献。明年，我们将迎来山东省和巴州结好40周年，以及深圳市与纽伦堡市结好30周年，中巴州关系又将翻开浓墨重彩的新篇章。让我们携起手来，共同迎接中巴州、中德友谊更加美好的明天，为中欧全面战略伙伴关系的健康发展作出贡献。

On behalf of the Consulate General of China in Munich, I would like to express my gratitude to all walks of life of Bavaria and the fellow compatriots living here for your keen interest in and active contributions to the cause of friendship between China and Bavaria, and between China and Germany as well. Next year will mark the 40th launch anniversary of the sisterhood between Shandong Province and State of Bavaria, and the 30th launch anniversary of the sisterhood between Shenzhen and Nuremberg, the relationship between China and Bavaria is set to open a brilliant new chapter. Let us join hands to welcome an even brighter future for the friendship between China and Bavaria—and between China and Germany—and contribute to the healthy development of the China-EU comprehensive strategic partnership.
