Pulmuone, South Korea's leading company for wholesome foods, pins high hopes on the upcoming China International Import Expo (CIIE), which will be held in Shanghai from Nov 5 to 10.

In a recent interview in Beijing, Jin-Woo Doo, head of China Business Division of Pulmuone Co Ltd, said the company has benefited greatly from attending the CIIE.

Pulmuone entered the Chinese market in 2010, and has established subsidiaries in Beijing and Shanghai. The company has built multiple production lines in China, providing Chinese consumers with rice cakes, kimchi, and other green food made of beans and flour.

According to Doo, due to the COVID-19, the company plans to adopt new ways of exhibiting, such as livestreaming.
