IV. Charging Standards

（I）Charging standard of lifting point service

Notes:

1. The user who applies for the lifting point service shall rent the hoist equipment uniformly provided by the exhibition hall.

2. Lifting point service fee consists of lifting point fee and hoist rental service fee, including chain retracting service and hoist electricity fees; excluding Truss rack rental fee.

3. Lifting point service fee shall be paid to the hall owner 15 days before move-in, and the hall owner will arrange the order on the system for installation after confirming the receipt of the payment.

4. The hoist rental service includes hoist rental and installation.

5. For the deadline for applying for lifting points, please refer to the relevant requirements in V. Lifting Point Service Application Process and Related Requirements.

V. Lifting Point Service Application Process and Related Requirements

(I) Lifting point service application process

 

(II) Requirements related to application for lifting point service

l The user of the lifting point must submit an application for hoisting point service or equipment rental 30 natural days before move-in, and submit the initial data (electronic version) for audit at the same time; The number of lifting points, the point positions or the quantity of rented equipment shall be confirmed 15 natural days before move-in, and the confirmed data for audit (one stamped paper version) shall be submitted to the service provider, and applications with drawings shall not be accepted after the deadline.

l All on-site applications with drawings after move-in will not be accepted.

l For applications submitted for equipment rental after the deadline, the information must be approved by the hall owner and feasibility of implementation on the site be confirmed before placing the order.

3	Point Position Distribution and Material Description Map	The map shall be drawn according to the plan of the booth, and it is necessary to clearly indicate the locations of all hoisting structures, the lifting points used and the locations of facilities and equipment fixed to the structures, the size and weight of each structure, as well as the models, specifications, quantity, and self-weight of equipment on the structures, as shown in Figure 3.
4	Effect Drawings	Provide the front elevation effect drawing, the side elevation effect drawing, the top view drawing and the overall effect drawing of at least two angles of the booth, as shown in Figure 4. A confirmed paper version with a seal must be submitted.

 

l Once all the drawings of lifting plan are approved, the construction must be carried out on the site in accordance with the confirmed plan. If it is found that the lifting points on the site have not been constructed in accordance with the original submitted plan, or the weight of hanging exceeds the declared value, the hall owner and the service provider have the right to stop the on-site construction, and the applicant shall increase the number of lifting points or reduce the weight of hanging as required.

l The cost of rectification caused by reasons such as the constructor's failure to implement according to the declared weight shall be borne by the constructor itself.

VI. Requirements Related to Use of Lifting Points

l If the weight of a single hanging exceeds the total load of the lifting point applied for, the user must apply for an increase in the number of lifting points.

l Steel-core steel wires or special lifting straps must be used to connect independently and vertically with the lifting points provided by the exhibition hall service provider, and comply with the height limit of structure lifting.

l Hangings lifted through the lifting point must be of a solid and reliable metal or steel wood assembly structure. It is not allowed to lift pure wood structure, subwoofer speakers and linear array speakers. For structures that are connected to the ground or do not rely on the lifting point to bear load, it is strictly prohibited to use any lifting point for reinforcement or connection.

l If a single structure lifted through the chain hoist has 6 or more lifting points, it needs to be disintegrated for lifting; if the structure cannot be disintegrated for lifting, it needs to be lifted with an electric hoist.

l All lighting fixtures must be constructed according to the distribution map made at the time of application, and another application for drawing examination is required in case of any change.

l After the user's hangings have been assembled, they can be suspended only after being inspected by the service provider. The hangings lifted by electric hoist shall be arranged by the service provider; the hangings of chain hoist shall be lifted by the user.

l Before using a chain hoist, the user must notify the service provider and lift the hanging under the on-site supervision of the service provider.

l During the rise or decline of the hoist, force must be balanced at each point of the structure, and each hoist must rise or fall synchronously to avoid lack of force at individual or partial positions.

In order to implement the policy of "people-oriented, safety first" and ensure the safety of exhibition activities in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, we have made the following safety undertaking in the process of applying for and using lifting point service:

 

Article 1 Person in charge of the safety of lifting point

Article 2 Items of Undertaking

1. We undertake that the information we submitted for examination is authentic and reliable.

2. We undertake to be responsible for the safety of free property and our own workers, purchase insurance for them and provide necessary qualified labor protection appliances for construction safety, and ensure that the relevant workers wear safety helmets in the exhibition hall during the construction and move-out.

3. We undertake to improve the safety education for construction personnel, and not to arrange work to construction personnel who have not received safety education, technical training and failed to pass the examination.

4. We undertake to ensure that the personnel engaged in aerial work are trained by the safety production supervision or quality and technology supervision departments and work with a certificate.

5. We undertake to be responsible for ensuring construction safety and protection facilities, and take measures to prevent high-altitude falls and injury due to falling objects.

6. We undertake that all of our equipment, facilities, parts, components and other related materials are safe and reliable, conforming to the mandatory standards of relevant laws and regulations.

7. We undertake to accept the safety inspection of the construction site by the lifting point service provider and various departments of the exhibition hall, comply with their arrangements and eliminate unsafe factors in a timely manner, put an end to potential accidents and hidden dangers, prevent and avoid personal injury accidents.

8. We undertake to abide by the Exhibitor Manual of China International Import Expo and other relevant safety regulations of the hall owner.

9. We undertake to carry out the construction in strict accordance with the approved drawings. If the construction does not conform to the drawings, we will stop the construction, observe and implement the rectification requirements of the lifting point service provider.

10. If the lifting points cannot be used due to our violation of the Exhibitor Manual of China International Import Expo and other relevant safety regulations of the hall owner, we will bear the cost of the lifting points and equipment applied for.

 

Article 3 Responsibility for Construction Safety Accident

We undertake to take responsibility for any personal injury or death, safety production accident and other accidents due to our improper design or improper operation of our personnel on the site, including any third party safety accident, in the process of applying for and using the lifting point service, and at the same time, we will make compensation for the losses caused to the hall owner; If a major safety production accident is caused and the punishment is administered by the relevant administrative departments, we will also bear the corresponding responsibility.

 

Article 4 Others

This undertaking made by us shall be legally binding on us.

This undertaking is in triplicate, with two copies retained by the hall owner and one copy retained by us.
