Xiang: Since the establishment of the committee, member companies have conducted multiple online and offline industry exchanges. We have organized various forums on government-enterprise exchanges, inviting major government departments to engage in dialogues with committee members on topics of common interest.

Reporter: How has the committee demonstrated its role as a leading example of high-quality exhibitors?

Xiang: Since its establishment, the committee has continuously elevated the CIIE to a higher level through the demonstration effect of participating companies, expanding the circle of friends of the CIIE. At the same time, member companies actively participate in local activities organized by the CIIE, strengthening interaction between enterprises, local governments and other businesses, enhancing mutual understanding, whilst also exploring potential cooperation opportunities.

Reporter: How has the committee played its role in enhancing the specialization level and sustainable development capabilities?

Xiang: The committee has been actively exploring and promoting the specialization of the exhibition zone. We have organized exchanges with top automotive industry think tanks, including China Automotive Technology Research Center, State Information Center and China Association of Automobile Manufacturers.

Xiang: Ford has been deeply rooted in the Chinese market for nearly 30 years. In the midst of Ford's global business transformation, the Chinese market is crucially important. Ford China is committed to focusing on its core business strengths and providing consumers with a range of diversified and iconic products. In this year's CIIE, Ford will bring several heavyweight vehicle models that showcase Ford's road performance and hardcore off-road capabilities, including high-performance models with a 60-year heritage, Ford Ranger, an all-terrain pickup truck that sold out 800 units within three hours of pre-sales, the new generation of the high-performance off-road pickup truck Ford F-150 Raptor, the Ford Explorer Kunlun Peak Edition and the electric SUV Ford Mustang Mach-E.

Reporter: In your opinion, what have been the main development trends in China's economy and consumer market in recent years?

Xiang: In recent years, both the Chinese economy and the global economy have faced significant challenges, but our confidence in China has not changed. The automotive consumption market has also shown new trends, with consumers showing a high acceptance of electrification and intelligent products. We are following this trend, working with partners to launch competitive electrified products.
