Roadshow held to attract buyers for intelligent industry, information technology exhibition Release date: 2021-09-06    Source:China International Import Expo Bureau

The China International Import Expo Bureau on Sept 2 held an online roadshow for the intelligent industry and information technology exhibition of the fourth CIIE, which will take place from Nov 5 to 10 in Shanghai.

The event provided details about the fourth expo's advantages, highlights of the intelligent industry and information technology exhibition area, as well as registration guidance for professional visitors. More than 100 purchasers, such as Fujian Sanxing Electric Co and Zhonggang Construction Group attended the event online.

A number of exhibitors from the exhibition area presented their plans for this year's expo. Sumitomo Electric, a Japanese manufacturer of electric wire and optical fiber cables, will debut its submarine fiber optic fusion splicer, said Eiji Sakai, managing director at Sumitomo Electric China.

US company Trimble will showcase its core technologies in positioning, modeling, and data analytics, as well as display sustainable solutions for the development of digital infrastructure that serve carbon neutrality efforts. It will be taking part in the CIIE with its eight major divisions for the first time, and is looking forward to contributing to the world's smart and green efforts through cooperation with business partners at the expo.

Focus SB, a British manufacturer of electrical wiring accessories, will bring its new micro switches this year. Having attended all editions of the CIIE, the company expects to strengthen its foothold in the Chinese market.

Liechtenstein multinational company Hilti and Singapore-based Dou Yee Enterprises will also exhibit their competitive products and customized services.

The CIIE Bureau has already held online roadshows for several exhibition areas, like medical equipment and healthcare products, food and agricultural products, as well as consumer goods exhibition areas.
