4th CIIE's Tianjin roadshow attracts over 100 buyers Release date: 2021-09-18 Source:China International Import Expo Bureau
A roadshow to attract companies for the intelligent industry and information technology as well as the food and agricultural products exhibition areas of the fourth China International Import Expo was held on Sept 17 in Tianjin.
More than 100 purchasers and platform-based companies from the two sectors such as Tianjin Machinery and Electric Equipment Import and Export Co, China Automotive Technology and Research Center Co, and Kerry Oils and Grains (Tianjin) Co attended the roadshow. Many purchasers also got to watch the livestream of the event.
The roadshow provided details about the fourth expo's advantages and highlights of the intelligent industry and information technology as well as the food and agricultural products exhibition areas. A number of exhibitors, including Japanese metal fabrication machine manufacturer Amada, Japanese power tools manufacturer Makita, and multinational food processor Louis Dreyfus Company presented their plans for this year's expo.
Novozymes, a Danish biotechnology company, will showcase its biological solutions covering the whole industrial chain from field to table and offer insights into how biotechnology helps transform and upgrade the food industry, said a director of government affairs and public relations department at Novozymes.
Arla Foods, a leading producer of dairy products, will be participating with its diverse brands like Melkunie, Cocio, Baby&Me, said the company's sales manager.
Tianjin is one of China's leading cities in reform and opening-up, financial innovation, free trade, manufacturing, as well as research and development. The city has been actively attending the CIIE and has held a host of sub-events and cultural activities during the expo to display its enabling business environment as well as facilitate foreign trade and investment.
