4th CIIE holds matchmaking meetings for automobile, trade in services exhibitions Release date: 2021-09-18    Source:China International Import Expo Bureau

The China International Import Expo Bureau held two matchmaking meetings for its automobile and trade in services exhibition areas on Sept 16 in Shanghai.

The day also marked the 50-day countdown to the fourth CIIE, which will take place from Nov 5 to 10 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai).

More than 60 exhibitors from the two exhibition areas attended the meetings. A number of them are industry-leading companies, such as multinational automakers Ford, BMW, and General Motors, as well as services providers Standard Chartered, Deloitte, PwC, and UPS.

Over 100 purchasers with strong buying power, including the Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China, China National Salt Industry Group, China Energy Investment Corporation, and SAIC Volkswagen Automotive Co, participated in the event to explore cooperation opportunities.

Exhibitors and purchasers held business talks, learned about products, as well as watched promotional videos to enhance mutual understanding and establish business connections.

SGS and E&Y also shared their insights into the automobile and trade in services sectors, while SAIC Mobility presented its latest developments in smart transportation.

In addition, the Shanghai Municipal Tax Service offered consulting services for participating companies at the event.
