Chengdu Yimin Investment Group is one of five specialized companies in Chengdu. It is a wholly state-owned company and its main business includes agricultural products and food.

Q: What did you gain from participating in the fourth CIIE?

A: We established cooperation with high-quality enterprises from around the world during the fourth CIIE for importation of more high-quality, green, organic and healthy agricultural products and food for the residents of Chengdu.

Q: What impressed you most during the fourth CIIE?

A: The CIIE event promises us that we can actively carry out import and export trade by changing the way of importing through intermediaries to suppliers. For example, at the 3rd CIIE, we signed a cooperation agreement with Aramark from the US to supply catering services at the 31st Summer Universiade in Chengdu.

Q: Why have you attended the expo multiple times?

A: The CIIE not only serves as a platform for Yimin Group to import goods, but also promotes cooperation between domestic and foreign companies.

Having participated in the CIIE for four years, Chengdu Yimin Investment Group has established strategic partnerships with leading companies around the world, and has invested more than 1 billion yuan ($158.19 million) in high-quality, affordable, green and healthy agricultural products.

During the fourth CIIE, we inked deals with companies specialized in the trade of agricultural products and food in hopes of establishing more cooperation with foreign countries.
