Privacy Protection Notice
In order to properly register, review and perform a statistical analysis of the seventh CIIE, you are required to fill in all of the relevant information when registering, as the system uses this information for [system information entry, filling, review, comparison and statistical analysis of the CIIE]. 1. Upon registering your personal/corporate account on this website, you are deemed to have read and agreed to all of the terms in this Notice.
2. This Notice shall take effect when you agree to register your personal/corporate account on this website, and it shall expire on the date when you cancel your account or the "CIIE" ends.
3. The CIIE reserves the right to modify and update this Notice from time to time. Once modified and updated privacy terms are published on this website, they will effectively replace the original privacy terms.
II. Registration Information
1. When you register as a user on this website, you are required to provide the necessary registration information related to your [enterprise nature, business type, import business data, etc.].
2. For individual users, you are required to provide your real name, address, nationality, [personal identification document, job information, ID photo], telephone number, e-mail address, etc.
3. Enterprise, institution or government agency users are also required to provide a unit name, registered capital, a unified social credit code, an address, a telephone number, a business scope and [other content required for registration], as well as other necessary information.
4. Both individual and work unit users shall be responsible for the authenticity, accuracy and completeness of the registration information you provide and shall not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of any third party.
III. Information Protection
The CIIE will protect the information security of users according to the law and will not disclose the registration information of users privately or to a third party, except under the following circumstances:
1. Has obtained the clear authorization of the user in advance;
2. According to the relevant provisions of the relevant laws and regulations;
3. According to the requirements of the relevant government departments;
4. In order to safeguard social public interests and safety;
5. In order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the CIIE or to conduct related statistics, analysis and verification work.
IV. Exemption Clause
The CIIE will take reasonable measures to protect the security of user registration information and prevent unauthorized third parties from obtaining the information you provide. The CIIE will not assume any responsibility under the following circumstances:
1. Any disclosure of user registration information caused by you informing others of your user account and password, sharing your account with others, or having your user account and password stolen or changed without authorization;
2. Any leakage, loss, embezzlement or falsification of user registration information caused by force majeure and affecting the normal operation of the network, such as hacking, computer virus invasions or attacks, temporary shutdown by government control, etc.
3. Any legal disputes and consequences arising from the disclosure of user registration information by other websites linked to this website.
V. Law
1. The CIIE reserves the right to the final interpretation of this Notice. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between the relevant provisions of this Notice and the current laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, the provisions of the relevant laws and regulations shall prevail;
2. This Notice is formulated in accordance with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, and thus the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China shall apply.
3. Both parties shall settle disputes arising from or related to this Notice through negotiation. If no agreement can be reached, either party may file a lawsuit to the people's court whose jurisdiction covers the location of the CIIE.
